"Katie recently helped me purchase my home, and she was an absolute joy to work with! Katie is very professional, responsive and also has a fantastic personality! As everyone knows, the market has been crazy over the past couple of years... and you have to move fast. Every time I wanted to see a house, Katie jumped on it right away. And when I found the house that I wanted to make an offer on, again she was very quick to communicate with the seller's agent and get the contract submitted asap. I would highly recommend Katie!!"

"Katie is an absolutely AMAZING Realtor! She will be our go to agent for any future needs. Katie helped us find our new home in Arizona with us still residing in California. She did a video walk through on every property we wanted to "see". She would quickly pull the comps for us to review for value. We were looking for a home during a very hot market in Peoria with homes moving very quickly. Our California home was already in escrow so there was a big sense of urgency. We ended up finding a home that was “For Sale by Owner”, which I’m sure added a level of difficulty as she was having to handle both sides. Katie was extremely responsive, patient and we felt always had our best interest. We are very thankful to her and highly recommend her for your real estate needs!"
